Family Resource Center

Bright Futures serves as the Family Resource Center for San Miguel and Ouray counties. 

As a Family Resource Center, Bright Futures offers wrap-around services to families with children ages 0-18 years old. We empower families to become more resilient and self-reliant. Family Resource Center programming builds on the strengths of each individual family, and works to address any of the family’s needs.

Our Family Resource Center services include:

• Family Support Services

• Parents As Teachers

• Individualized Services & Support Team

• Adult English Classes

• Parenting Workshops

• Referrals to community resources

• Concrete supports (e.g. housing, transportation, food, diapers)

• Spanish translation services
