Individualized Services & Support Team
ISST

ISST is a multi-agency, collaborative management program made up of San Miguel, Ouray, and West Montrose counties’ school districts, health and human services, juvenile services, and other local nonprofits.

The team meets monthly to address the needs of children and families who have been have been referred. This solution-focused team takes the self-identified needs of the family and provides resources to help the family meet their goals.  Anyone can refer families to this program.
