Pyramid Coach

Sharon has worked in early childhood for 23 years. She discovered her love for early childhood education volunteering for an after-school program when she was in high school. She then obtained a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and began working full time for Prime Time Early Learning Center, where she currently serves as the Infant/Toddler Supervisor. Sharon became a certified Pyramid Model coach in 2016, and has loved being able to work with other early childhood teachers and give them the tools to manage challenging behaviors in their classrooms and promote social-emotional development. Her passion is working with infants and toddlers and spreading the importance of social-emotional skills in young children, and she is excited to be part of the Pyramid Coaching Project.
