Rachael Balerio

Pyramid Coach

Rachael Balerio is a Pyramid Coach for Bright Futures. She has been working in the education field for over 15 years. She taught at the elementary level for 8 years and worked as an Instructional Coach for Preschool through 4th Grade teachers for 4 years. Rachael then ran a licensed family child care and preschool in her home for 5 years. She has also volunteered with the Uncompahgre Valley Alliance to secure funding for a Childcare Needs Assessment in Montrose County in hopes that all families have access to affordable child care.

Rachael was born and raised in Colorado and grew up in Littleton. She loves living on the western slope with her husband and two children where they can enjoy the outdoors and go hiking and biking together. Rachael is passionate about early childhood care and education and is excited to work alongside early childhood educators in Montrose.
