Cathy moved to Telluride in 2009 after visiting family. She dedicated over 6 years to Mountain Sprouts Preschool as the Director and Lead Teacher. Later she moved to Montessori at the Mountain School while she and her husband built their home in Placerville.
With over 15 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Early Childhood Education, Cathy has devoted her life and career to supporting children and families. She is thrilled to be working closely with the entire early childhood community in San Miguel County and beyond. When she is not working, you can find Cathy spending time in her beehives or obsessing over recipes for her DIY pizza oven.
