Pyramid Coach

Carie Mitchell is a Pyramid Model coach working with teachers in Gunnison, Hinsdale, and Delta counties. She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for almost 20 years. She discovered her love for working with young children while working and living in Taiwan in 2003. In addition to her Pyramid work, she serves as the Child Find Coordinator, early childhood special educator (ECSE), and early interventionist in Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties. 

Carie lives in Crested Butte with her son, husband, and pup, Copper. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and getting outside as much as possible by hiking, running, rafting, and skiing. Carie is passionate for promoting social emotional development and advocating for all children.
